The All Progressives Congress, APC, Strategy, Conflict Resolution and Mobilization Committee on Wednesday night held its inaugural meeting in Abuja.
The meeting was hosted by the committee’s chairman and Governor of Yobe State, Mala Buni, at the Yobe State Governor’s Lodge in the Federal Capital Territory.
Governors in attendance included Hope Uzodimma of Imo State, Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State, Hyacinth Alia of Benue State, Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, Uba Sani of Kaduna State and Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State.

Also present were the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle; the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola; former Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello; Senator Kabiru Marafa; former APC National Legal Adviser, Muiz Banire; and Ibrahim Masari, Special Assistant to President Bola Tinubu on Political Affairs.
However, Governors Bassey Otu of Cross River State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State and Umar Namadi of Jigawa State, who are members of the committee, were absent from the meeting.
InfoStride News recalls that President Bola Tinubu inaugurated the committee on Wednesday, December 24, with a mandate to resolve internal disputes within the APC and enhance the party’s mobilization and cohesion across the country.
