The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the successful upload of all its candidates for the 2027 general elections to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Candidate Nomination Portal.
The party’s National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, disclosed this in a statement issued on Saturday.

According to Yilwatda, the APC submitted a total of 471 candidates, comprising its presidential and vice-presidential ticket, 109 senatorial candidates and 360 House of Representatives candidates.
He described the completion of the upload as a major milestone for the ruling party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
“I congratulate our candidates, leaders, and members of APC on the successful 100% upload of our Presidential, Vice Presidential, Senate, and House of Representatives candidates on the INEC Candidate Nomination Portal,” he said.
Yilwatda added that with the nomination process completed, the party would now focus on mobilisation and preparations for its campaign.
“With this milestone achieved, our focus now shifts to mobilization and preparations for a successful campaign and decisive victory at the polls,” he stated.
