Spain manager Luis de la Fuente has condemned Argentina’s conduct towards his players after the World Cup final. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.

Hailing his own squad for refusing to react to the aggression, Luis de la Fuente admitted that he did not witness the incidents as they unfolded because he was celebrating with his staff and players.

The World Cup winner added that he found the actions intolerable and unacceptable from players who owe it to football to be good sportsmen.

His words, “At the time, I didn’t realise what was happening because I was celebrating with other people, hugging teammates.
