A court in Lagos State has warned Nigerians to avoid taking Vitamin C with Fanta and Sprite soft drinks. The Igbosere High Court also told the National Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) to force the Nigeria Bottling Company (NBC) Plc to place a written warning on the drinks. The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) says it has reached a deal with the UK Government aimed at improving the commission’s service delivery to the Niger Delta. The Managing Director of the commission, Mr Nsima Ekere, disclosed this at the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on two programmes under the Department of International Development (DFID), in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.
