The wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, has decried extortion of money from rural women in the ongoing free distribution of application forms for women empowerment. Aisha expressed her displeasure in a statement by her Special Assistance on Media, Adebisi Olumide-Ajayi, in Abuja on Monday.
