When Oladipupo was born on that very beautiful and glorious day of Sunday, February 25, 1962, little did anybody know that the baby was a child destined to be great in life. One who would later become a force to reckon with in the political landscape of Ogun State and business world. One who would become a blessing to humanity and a source of joy to the people. Because they are mortals, the father, Sir Adebukunola Kesington Adebutu and mother, Lady Caroline Oladunni Adebutu, couldn’t envisage perfectly what the future held for their son. They were not gifted in clairvoyance…

Citizens’ digital rights are breached if they are the subject of digital surveillance; if they are covertly…
Member of APC Legacy Projects Media Team, erstwhile National Publicity Secretary of the defunct New People’s Democratic Party (nPDP) and chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze has exposed schemes by Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike to use the crisis he is pioneering and consciously championing in the PDP to negotiate his way into the party’s Presidential ticket for 2027 elections after failing woefully to grab the party’s ticket for the 2023 Presidential Election and his inability to emerge as the Vice Presidential Candidate to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. In a statement made available to media…

To those who have been asking for my views on the last Osun governorship election, let me confess that the keenly contested election is a story worth telling. Deservingly so, yours sincerely will give a bird’s-eye view at an appropriate time. Soon! Surely! That said, there is something about political orientation in Nigeria, which is also affected by the level of civilization. Inside that civilization are the levels of literacy and standard practice of the people’s norms and values. Whenever we mention politics, what is in the mind of an average Nigerian is an abstract phenomenon, yet, critical to public…
Following the release of the recently concluded salary and pension survey in all the 36 states in Nigeria, we have received mixed reactions from state governments concerning issues raised, including outright denials and rebuttals that the salary and pension survey is biased and misleading. We affirm that we conducted this survey in the interest of Nigerians who have faithfully served and are still serving in the public service. To reiterate, this was not a random survey. We adopted a mixed-method of quantitative and qualitative research techniques. Using the stratified sampling technique, we surveyed 1,042 respondents across the three senatorial districts…
The attention of the LADO/AKINLADE Campaign Organisation has been drawn to the surreptitious news being paraded claiming the court of appeal has declared Mr Segun Showunmi as the candidate of PDP in Ogun State. Recall that Mr Segun Showunmi filed a case at the high court in Abeokuta and the case was thrown out at the high court, he proceeded to the appeal court. The court only admitted his appeal, against our lawyer’s plea to throw out the suit like it was done at the high court. We appeal to our teeming members and supporters not to be misled by some…
