Atiku Abubakar has emerged winner ahead of Muhammadu Buhari according to results of the Presidential elections in Benue State, announced by INEC. Benue State Collation/Returning Officer, Prof. Sabastine Maimako, today, revealed that Atiku got a total of 355,255 while Buhari was a close second with 347,668 votes. Atiku clinched the majority votes in 13 Local Government Areas while Buhari got the majority votes in each of 10 LGs. Its a feisty contest between the two politicians thus far.
