PDP has come out to categorically state that its Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar will not accept defeat against President Muhammadu Buhari, and that it had started gathering proof to tackle the results that are being announced by INEC.
Reports say Kanu Agabi, former attorney-general of the federation, is currently in charge of a group of lawyers that are set to rubbish the results at the presidential election petitions tribunal of the Federal Court of Appeal, Abuja.
According to The Vanguard, A PDP source said, “We are currently collating evidence to challenge the results being announced by INEC. We have been asking them to give us the data of of the card readers used in Borno, Yobe and Nasarawa states but they have so far refused. This is daylight robbery,”
“I can also tell you that Atiku will not make any call to Buhari to concede the election.”
