The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has revealed that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo approved the controversial oil contracts that further reduced the sincerity of the ongoing anti-corruption fight. In a statement issued yesterday, the NNPC said Osinbajo signed the approval of two oil contracts worth N640 billion during his time as the acting president. The “Acting President Yemi Osinbajo gave the approval”, spokesperson for the NNPC, Ndu Ugamadu, said in the statement.
