The presidency has reacted to the Nigerian Senate’s call for the acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) boss, Ibrahim Magu’s sack. The Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday struck out the breach of fundamental human rights suit instituted by former NNPC Group Managing Director, Andrew Yakubu against the EFCC.
