Gov. Godwin Obaseki of Edo has requested for the approval of the state House of Assembly to present the 2017 Appropriation Bill on Friday. The governor’s request is contained in a letter dated Dec. 14 and signed by the Secretary to State Government, Mr Osarodion Ogie. The letter reads: “I write to inform the House that Gov.
