Kidnappers have demanded N60m from families of three persons abducted on Monday from the staff quarters of the University of Calabar in Calabar, Cross River State. A 50-year-old man, Kelvin Ezeigbo has been apprehended by the police for reportedly raping a 10-year-old pupil, Esther, by the roadside in Oke-Ira, Ogba, Lagos.
