The Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike has accused the minister of transportation and former Governor of the state, Rotimi Amaechi, of using state funds to sponsor the All Progressives Congress (APC). Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), has said Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State faces prosecution if indicted by the military panel set up to investigate the alleged rigging of the 2015 governorship election in the state.
