The dissolution of Federal Government parastatal agencies, institutions and government-owned companies announced on July 16 by President Muhammadu Buhari does not affect the Governing Councils of Federal Universities, the Presidency said Saturday. A Non-Governmental Organization, NGO, Organising Greater Nigeria, has said President Muhammadu Buhari does not have the power to stop ministers from being involved in the contract-awarding process.
