The abduction of Ebikeme Clark, son of elder statesman and Ijaw National Leader, Chief Edwin Clark, has been condemned in strong terms by the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC), which promised to find and expose perpetrators of the dastardly act. Unemployed youths in Imo have been advised to enrol in the “Youth Must Work Programme” of the state government to engage in viable activities. Gov.
