Delta Government on Sunday said it had commenced the building of centres for Joint Admission and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB) computer-based University Matriculation Examination (UME). The former Chief of Army Staff, Azubuike Ihejirika, on Saturday called for the deployment of military personnel to the country’s porous borders.
