Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State has pledged to implement new economic policies to address the current hardship faced by citizens in the state.
He made this commitment during the inauguration of road construction projects in Jama’are Local Government Area as part of a week-long series of activities.
Expressing concern over the rising prices of essential goods, Governor Mohammed vowed to introduce measures to boost commercial activities in the state.

He emphasized that the ongoing construction of rural roads aims to connect communities to their farmlands and facilitate the smooth movement of goods and services.
Governor Mohammed urged the people of Jama’are Emirate to cooperate with the contractors handling the projects to ensure their timely and successful completion.
In response, the Emir of Jama’are, Alhaji Nuhu Muhammadu Wabi, commended the Governor for the projects and pledged readiness to support all policies aimed at improving the wellbeing of the people.
