Head coach of South Africa’s national team, Stuart Baxter, has opened up on how his side claimed their first win over Nigeria in a competitive game.
Two second half goals courtesy of Tokelo Rantie and Percy Tau, saw Baxter’s side claim a famous away victory.
“We opened up the game in the first half but unfortunately we did not score. Beating Nigeria is very interesting.
“Nigeria is a very good side but my boys prevented them from scoring. We are trying to develop our boys and expose them,” he said after the match.
