In response to Vice President Joe Biden’s announcement that he will run for president in 2024, Trump has reportedly claimed that Biden is “not too old” but “grossly incompetent,” according to The Hill.
Trump is quoted as saying in an upcoming interview, “Age is interesting because some people are very sharp, and some people do lose it, but you lose it at 40 and 50, also.” This interview will air on Thursday.
However, he is not quite as elderly as you think. Trump remarked on SiriusXM’s “The Megyn Kelly Show” that he is “grossly incompetent.”

Polls suggest Trump, then 77 years old, will face Biden, then 80, in the main election for president in 2024.
The outgoing president also pushed back on survey data that suggested most Americans saw Biden as too elderly to be president. He was talking about how many of his friends and world leaders are in their nineties and still have keen minds.
No, not because of your age,” Trump added, “I have friends, Bernie Marcus, that are in their 90s and they’re sharp as a tack,” in response to a question about whether Americans have reason to be worried. They’re roughly the same as they used to be, if that gives you any idea. This is not an old saying. The Hill claims that he is “incompetent.”
According to The Hill, Trump has categorically denied claims that his advanced age makes him unable to serve as president.
This will be the first time Kelly and Trump have spoken since May of 2016, and it will air on Thursday at noon.
Their animosity reached a pinnacle in 2016 when Trump sought the Republican nomination for president.
