President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn in Walter Onnoghen as the new Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
Onnoghen was sworn in on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at the council chamber of the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
He replaces former CJN, Mahmud Mohammed whose tenure ended on Wednesday after he reached the mandatory retirement age of 70.
