The Corporate Affairs Commission, has announced the completion of work on technology that will change the mode of company registration in Nigeria, to meet up with global standards.

Corporate Affairs Commission’ Registral General, Alhaji Garba in his words stated that the new technology will be adopted immediately as the gazetting is accomplished, which will enable more Nigerians to register their company.
According to Mr Garba, this new technology will do away with the crude mode of registration, whereby two Directors to sign the documents of company seeking to be registered.
He further noted that the fully automated registration system that is being developed will allow a single authentication officer to sign on behalf a company been registered.
According to the Registrar General, the new end to end technology will enable companies to be able to print their certificates with verifiable QR code at their convenience.
