We are pleased to be following the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Notice and Access rules that allow the company to furnish proxy materials to their stockholders using the Internet. These rules permit us to provide our stockholders with the information they need, while lowering the costs of delivery and reducing the environmental impact of our annual meeting.
Beginning on or about June 27, 2014, we will be mailing a Notice of Internet availability to our stockholders, instead of paper copies of our Proxy Statement, Proxy Card and 2013 Annual Report. The Notice will contain instructions on how to access the documents over the Internet, and how stockholders can receive a paper copy of the materials.
