The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) recently donated a building forfeited by Diezani Alison-Madueke, a former minister of petroleum, as an isolation centre.
Reports have said that the property, a 6 flats of three bedrooms and a boys’ quarter, was handed over to Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu today.
Recall that Diezani forfeited the building 3 years ago after an order of a Federal High Court in Lagos.
Mohammed Rabo, Lagos zonal head of the EFCC, added that the gesture is EFCC’s social responsibility in the battle against the deadly virus.
