Manchester City midfielder Pep Guardiola has backed Jeremy Doku to become one of the best wingers in world football. Recall that the forward has found the net in three consecutive games as the Premier League title race nears its conclusion.
Revealing that Doku is not just a talented dribbler, he noted that the Belgian international is a player who has the internal drive to escape his comfort zone and strive for greatness.

Pep added that if Jeremy keeps developing at his current pace, he could be in the same bracket as Vinicius Junior and Lamine Yamal in the coming years.
His words, “Yeah, for sure. And always accept being pushed. Always accept that. And that is so nice. We are really pleased. Now he is winning games. But he has always been really, really good.
It depends on your mentality. I want to become one of the best wingers in the world. Otherwise, you’re in a comfort zone and you say, ‘No, it’s fine, it’s fine.’ Always I’ve been, Jeremy, dribbles and whatever. I always try. But I say, no, I want to become one of the best of the best. That is when you reach that level.”
WOW.
Pep Guardiola Sala is a Spanish professional football manager and former player who is currently managing Premier League club Manchester City.
