    Due Process Will Be Followed On Ibadan Dry Port Construction – Rotimi Amaechi

    Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi AmaechiThe Minister of Transport, Mr Rotimi Amaechi, has said the Federal Government will make sure proper process is followed as per the construction of the Ibadan Inland Dry Port.

    He made this vow during an inspection tour of the site located at Olorisa-Oko village in Moniya area of Ibadan.

    His words, “Commencement of work on the project might be experiencing delay presently because government was mindful of following due process in the concessioning of the project.”

    He said the government will not take decisions under pressure but will make sure necessary documentations are not taken lightly.

    The minister also pledged that work would resume on the site as soon as these key procedures and documentations were concluded.

    He noted that the project, as soon as it is completed, would aid the creation of employment, enhancing the economy of the state.
