The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will reportedly arraign five more judges on corruption charges in the coming days.
It was gathered that the agency has concluded investigation the five judges, and are set for trial.
The justices are: Mohammed Nasir Yunusa; Hyeladzira Ajiya Nganjiwa; Musa Haruna Kurya; Agbadu James Fishim; and Uwani Abba Aji.
The anti-graft Commission had last week arraigned one out of the six judges under corruption probe.
Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia was arraigned on a 26-count charge of unlawful enrichment, taking property by a public officer, corruption by a public officer, forgery and giving false information to an official of the EFCC.
It was learnt that the Federal High Court and the National Industrial Court (NIC) are working on re-assigning the cases being handled by the justices before their arraignment, in line with the directive of the National Judicial Council (NJC) which ordered the judges to stay away from sitting pending the outcome of their trial.
Report also said some of the lawyers, who aided and abetted such bribe offers for the judges were interrogated and would be facing trial too.
