Former senator Shehu Sani has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic death of Herbert Wigwe, the Chief Executive Officer of Access Bank Holdings Plc, and five others in a helicopter crash.
Sani conveyed his condolences in a statement posted on his official social media handle on Saturday.
“The news of the death of Access Bank CEO Herbert Wigwe and five others in a helicopter crash is tragic, sad, and heartbreaking. A great loss. May their souls rest in peace,” he stated.

According to the media, Wigwe, his wife, son, and others lost their lives in a helicopter crash in California, United States. Herbert Wigwe was 58 years old and was born in Ibadan, Oyo State.
