Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta has come out to react after the club confirmed Fabio Vieira as their first major signing of the summer. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he is very excited that the club could identify such a special talent this summer, and he would surely welcome his creativity next season.
