fred-amataNews reports have revealed that Fred Amata was robbed at gun point at about 2:30am this morning just in front of his home.

The Nollywood veteran actor and movie director was reportedly robbed of his Metallic Grey Lexus 470 SUV with license plates AGL 414 CU as well as his phones and other personal effects.

The report reveals that the unknown gun men had forced the president of the Directors Guild of Nigeria into his car at gun point, and later dropped him at Fadeyi Bridge at about 2.30am without his shoes.

Thankfully, Mr Amata escaped without any injuries as his colleagues have reportedly implored that the Police and Federal Road Safety Authorities be alerted.
