Hollywood actress Viola Davis has said that she feels free after clocking 60. She recently opened up about constantly struggling with her own identity before reaching her new age.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with E! News, Viola revealed that life before 60 was all about her consistent struggles with who she is and what she should channel her energy and time into.

“I feel free. I think that’s the best word for it.
I think maybe before, and maybe it was fighting and struggling with identity and labels, what I should be and what I should be doing,” she said.
According to her, life as a 60–year–old has ushered in an era of inner freedom that helps her relax and just live life on a daily basis.
“I just let it all go, and I have my, ‘Aha,’ moment, which is, ‘I’m just supposed to be here in the now, and I did good’ I feel free,” Viola said.
On her birthday celebrations last week, the movie star stated that she travelled to Mexico with her husband and her loved ones.
Davis concluded by saying that they celebrated together in a big swimming pool and a wide garden space.
“There was a cake and lots of margaritas and pina coladas.
We’ve been travelling a lot this summer. It’s been quite beautiful, and interesting, and really wonderful, and relaxing,” she added.
