LOS ANGELES, CA–(Marketwired – Mar 10, 2014) – Global Gaming Network, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GBGM), www.GlobalGamingNetwork.net, announced today that it had entered into an agreement with COMPLENet (www.GetLoodo.com), a provider to the hospitality industry of a popular Sports TV Guide and various sports themed games/contests. Under the agreement, GBGM will license customized fantasy league games to COMPLENet that will be offered to its nationwide customer base of over 4,000 sports bars.
“We’re pleased to partner with COMPLENet and Atlantic City Fantasy Sports (“ACFS”), representing our first venture into the fast growing online gaming communities consisting of casinos, sports bars and restaurants nationwide. We will launch an initial market offering to sports bars nationwide this month in connection with the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament to confirm the viability of the use of online fantasy sports games for enhancing the bars’ customer base and loyalty. We’re confident this venture will act as the springboard for future endeavors within the expanding online gaming industry now being implemented in New Jersey, Nevada, Delaware and elsewhere in the country,” said Stephen Kern, President of GBGM.
“I’m delighted to partner with GBGM and ACFS in providing our nationwide base of sports bars and restaurants, using our Loodo application, with the finest fantasy sports games available in the marketplace today. Beginning with the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament in March, we will be offering our customers ongoing daily and weekly fantasy sports contests for the MLB, NFL and NBA seasons. These easily played contests will help promote the venue and should increase patron attendance, loyalty and food/beverage consumption. Patrons of these venues will get to play these contests and others for free on their mobile device, challenging their friends and associates, motivated to beat the competition and win both cash and prizes,” said Andrew Jaffee, President of COMPLENet.
“I’m thrilled to partner with GBGM and COMPLENet in providing restaurants and sports bars nationwide with the best in online fantasy games. This venture represents the first of its kind to take advantage of the opportunity available in the booming online gaming industry, presently seeking different ways to grow its online operations with contests and games offering prizes via promotions set at the venue,” said Andrew Weilgus, Director of ACFS.
