The Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has extended his warm greetings to Muslim brothers and sisters in Kaduna State and across the world on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
In a statement released on Sunday, Governor Sani highlighted that the feast serves as a reminder of the importance and value of devotion, patience, and perseverance.
He emphasized the values of selflessness, love, and compassion that Eid-el-Kabir embodies.

“As we show love and care to our families and neighbors, let’s continue to pray earnestly for the peace and progress of our state and country,” Sani stated.
Reflecting on his administration’s efforts, which marked its first anniversary on May 29, Governor Sani said, “Today reminds us that whatever sacrifices we make to grow Kaduna State as a haven of peace and development are neither misplaced nor in vain.
Even though painful, the sacrifices are necessary and worthwhile; they are like the labor pains preceding the successful birth of a baby which ends in joy.”
He encouraged citizens to remain hopeful, stating, “Let your hope not be dampened because those who sow in sorrow always reap in joy.”
Governor Sani also called for continuous dialogue and collaboration among various stakeholders and individuals to ensure sustainable peace and harmony.
“My fellow Muslim faithful, as my government dialogues with various stakeholder groups and individuals, there should also be dialogues and friendships between the stakeholders and individuals.
I therefore urge you to soberly reflect on your role in ensuring sustainable peace and harmony in your neighborhoods, communities, state, and the country,” he urged.
He concluded by imploring everyone to live in peace and harmony with Nigerians of other faiths, promoting the spirit of peaceful coexistence.
