Gozem and TotalEnergies partner up to dematerialize petrol purchases in gas stations. This partnership allows Gozem drivers to ensure proper maintenance of their vehicles with good quality TotalEnergies fuel.

Additionally, they will be able to save time by paying directly with their Gozem digital wallet instead of withdrawing cash and then using the cash at the station. Finally, they will be able to better track their fuel consumption over time to better understand their activity and profitability.
From now on, Gozem drivers can make their gasoline payments at a TotalEnergies station via their digital wallet embedded in their Gozem Champion mobile app in a few simple steps:
Step 1: The driver opens his app and clicks on the QR Code button
Step 2: The driver shows his QR code to the gas station attendant so that he can initiate the payment request
Step 3: The driver receives the payment request and accepts it
Step 4: Once the transaction is accepted, the driver receives confirmation that the payment has been made.

At Gozem, one of our core values is to empower our communities. We are thus committed to supporting our drivers in order to improve their quality of life. This partnership with TotalEnergies Togo is another step in that direction. It embodies our ambition to build an African digital ecosystem that improves the quality of life of our stakeholders – in this case our drivers, commonly called Gozem Champions. We thank the entire TotalEnergies Togo team for their involvement. More to come! », says Grâce Nsota, Country Manager of Gozem Togo.
Frédéric Maupetit, General Manager of TotalEnergies Togo declares : « Big thanks to Gozem and all its Champions for the trust they place in TotalEnergies. The pioneering spirit is part of our DNA and we are proud to contribute to the construction of this digital ecosystem. Thanks to this partnership, which will continue to develop, there is no doubt that Gozem Champions’ journey through our gas stations will be made more pleasant. Because that’s what digital is all about: to move us towards a better customer relationship.
To date, two (2) TotalEnergies gas stations in Lomé – Hanoukopé and Totsi – are entitled to receive this digital payment from Gozem Champions. The project will be extended to more gas stations in Togo and in other countries in which Gozem operates.
