Marseille manager, Roberto De Zerbi has come out to say that Mason Greenwood frustrates him on the pitch. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the England star can become a corner kick specialist if he works hard to make it happen, but his recent kicks have been annoying during matches.
De Zerbi added that Quentin Merlin definitely has a good foot for corners, however, he is not a regular player.
His words, “Greenwood is not a specialist on corners. He could become one, but he is focused on the goal. When he goes to take a corner, he goes a bit like….. And that annoys me.
[Quentin] Merlin has the foot to shoot them, but he is not a regular. Luis Henrique does not put adequate force into it. So [Pierre-Emile] Hojbjerg is the one who, until today, has the best foot to shoot.”
