Atletico Madrid manager, Diego Simeone has come out to say that Griezmann is still one of the best players in the world despite his goal drought. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the Frenchman has never stop working hard for the team despite not scoring, and his commitment can never be questioned.
Simeone added that he has no doubt that Antoine will come out of the current drought as soon as possible.
His words, “He always works, he’s always committed,”
“I have no doubt he’ll come out of this… What he needs is to score again, that will give him confidence and then we’ll see the player we’ve been used to in previous years.”
