Chelsea must sign Erling Haaland to challenge for the EPL title again, Joe Cole had said. He recently revealed that Borussia Dortmund attacker should be on the Blues’ wish-list because he is the finisher they need.
According to him, there is a lot of quality in the Chelsea squad, and they look sorted in several areas, but they are still missing a quality No 9.
He added that Haaland is the magic needed at the London club, and the man from Norway can be that focal point.
His words, “They need one player for me, Haaland. He’s on the wish-list.”
“He’s a No 9. There’s so much in this squad, there’s quality in all areas, such a strong squad.”
“You just need that one sparkle of magic, that No 9, that focal point and it will change this club getting back to the glory days of challenging for the title regularly.”
