Germany defender, Matthias Ginter has come out to say that he hopes Germany will hire a coach who has his own philosophy to succeed Joachim Low. He recently revealed that the philosophy has to fit perfectly from a footballing and human point of view.
According to him, he knows that there are lots of rumours surrounding who the next coach might be, but he just hopes he won’t be someone who wants to continue from where Low stopped from.
Ginter added that the new boss must also show his steadfastness in public, as that is key for the trust of the players.
His words, “It is important that he has his own game philosophy. It just has to fit together from a footballing as well as a human point of view,”
“We all know that there are 82 million national coaches in Germany. There is a lot of talk and discussion.”
“The new coach has to show his steadfastness in public and not be allowed to play a game. This also applies, of course, at club level. but it’s probably even more important for a national coach.”
