Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane has said that he is targeting Robert Lewandowski’s Bundesliga record of 41 goals in a season. This comes after he scored another two in Bayern Munich’s 3-2 win over Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, it’ll be clear by April and May if breaking the record is possible, so he’ll just concentrate on being consistent from now till the end of the season.

Kane added that there are still a lot of games and several points to fight for in the coming months.
His words, “For sure. I’ve got to keep doing what I’m doing.
There’s still a lot of games to play.
I need to try and be consistent over that period. We’ll see from late April, start of May, if it’s possible. But of course, right now it’s just there and I just got to do what I do.
We had an 11-point lead a few weeks ago and we saw how quickly it can change within two results. So we have to stay focused.”
