According to him, it is very important for African players to compete more at the highest level to gain valuable experiences, and a more regular World Cup can make that happen.

Toure added that he wants to see more African countries and players achieving great things at the biggest stage.

His words, “Playing the World Cup every two years will help Africa to develop and it’s crucial for African players to compete more at the highest level to gain valuable experiences. I want to see African countries and players to achieve more at the biggest stage.”
