Bemigho Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has shaded the Minister of state for Petroleum and Chairman, NNPC board, Dr Ibe Kachikwu.
He said “The naivety of Kachikwu in writing that letter to Buhari beats me! He doesn’t know that Baru was brought in to do exactly what he is doing!
“After Sylva’s 48 mansions were returned to him I knew the anti corruption pretense was dead. Baru’s $26 billion merely confirms what I knew.
“New definition of fool: someone who expects a govt that returned Sylva’s 48 mansions to him to investigate Baru for the $26 billion oil mess,” he tweeted.
He also blasted President Buhari alleging that he has always been found wanting every time he dabbles into the Nigerian oil sector.
He tweeted: “The 1st time PMB was Oil Minister, Fela sang ‘2.8 billion Naira missing’.Now he’s Oil Minister again and Kachikwu sings $26 billion missing!
“2.8 billion in 1978. $26 billion today. Why do billions tend to go missing or spent without due process whenever PMB is Petroleum Minister?”
