inister of Health, Osagie Ehanire has come out to say that it is very possible to be infected with the coronavirus via sexual intercourse.
He shared this during an emergency press briefing in Abuja today.
According to him, as soon as a person is positive, every form of contact is prohibited.
He then urged romantic partners to avoid each other immediately one of them is confirmed of being infected with the virus.
His words, “I believe that if a person is positive, the virus can be transmitted sexually.”
