Everton manager, Carlo Ancelotti has come out to say that Kalidou Koulibaly is not part of his transfer targets. He recently revealed that even if he considers the Senegalese a very good player and friend, he is not looking to sign him.

According to him, he has a lot of good memories of Koulibaly, but he currently has several good centre-backs who are young with a lot of talent.

He added that with the class defenders at his club right now, Everton is clearly covered in the CB position for many years to come.

His words, “Honestly I have a lot of good memories of Koulibaly.”

“He was a good player, a good guy, a good friend.”

“But if you see our squad there, we are well covered because we have good centre-backs who are young with a lot of talent.”

“For this position we are well covered for the future.”
