Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, on Friday pledged to leverage the power of his ministry to drive the change mantra of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration with a view to ensuring that Nigerians take ownership of the change agenda.
Mr. Mohammed stated during his meeting with the Director General of the National Orientation Agency, Mike Omeri and the agency’s zonal directors at the Radio House in Abuja.
According to the minister, the NOA was very important and critical to the actualization of the change mantra of the Buhari administration and will shoulder the bulk of the responsibility of propagating the change agenda.
He reminded the agency to get prepared for government’s massive national reorientation campaign that will be centered on the fact that every Nigerian must own and propagate the change the country is seeking, adding that the campaign will aim at changing the peoples’ attitudes and behaviors towards doing things.
