iPass to Report Fourth Quarter 2013 Financial Results on February 12

(NASDAQ: IPAS), the global Wi-Fi roaming leader for enterprises and telecom service providers, today announced that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal 2013 on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 following the close of regular market trading.
