Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino has come out to say that it will take two years to get Chelsea to his desired level. He recently revealed this amid his side’s woeful start to the Premier League season, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, he, his team and the players are constantly working to get things right on the pitch, and people should understand that the right project will take time to thrive.
Poch added that the most important thing is having the right talents to deliver the results.
His words, “Two years? I think I understand because the owners and sporting director they explain – it is about [knowing] people and if they are happy with us and we are happy with them.
“We are working. It is not a problem to have two years or five years or a ten year contract – the most important [thing] is to be in the right project and for them to have identified us as the right people to drive this ship.”
