On Tuesday, Houston Rockets star James Harden visited rapper Meek Mill in a Philadelphia prison, according to an Instagram story by the NBA player.
Mill, a popular Philadelphia rapper, has been serving out a two to four-year prison sentence he received in November for violating his 2008 probation, which stemmed from a gun and drug conviction.
“Got a chance to see my bro @meekmill today,” Harden wrote. “His spirit is high and hopefully we can get him out by February.”
“[Meek Mill] told me to tell y’all when he get out he got some fire for y’all,” Harden added.
