SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA and ATLANTA, GEORGIA–(Marketwired – April 29, 2014) – Nextivity Inc. today announced that Jim Berridge has joined the company in the role of Vice President, Sales for North America, where he is responsible for channel sales activity in the U.S. and Canada for Cel-Fi smart signal boosters. Based in Atlanta, Berridge heads a rapidly growing team specifically focused on serving the needs of AT&T, one of 146 carriers in 74 countries that have authorized Cel-Fi for use on their network.

Berridge brings with him more than 25 years of leadership experience in mobile sales and distribution. Over the years he has built a reputation for producing profitable results while growing relationships with key mobile operators, retailers and distributors. Prior to joining Nextivity, he was Senior Vice President of Sales for Personal Communications Devices (PCD), where he was responsible for the AT&T Mobility account, and expanding the company’s product portfolio.
Before PCD, Berridge held a number of leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pantech; Vice President of Business Development for GoTV Networks; and a variety of sales, marketing and business development roles at Nokia. He has also held sales level roles at MCI Telecommunications Corporation and UPS.
