Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for;
• The Provision of Professional legal advice to management on all legal and contractual relationships.
• Handling of all legal issues involving debt recovery.
• Handling of all contractual responsibilities involving the company and Business.
• Issue correspondences for and on behalf of the MD/CE to Contractors, Legal Consultants, and other companies having transactions with the company
• Any other assigned jobs.

Requirements:
The Suitable candidate must possess:
• LLB, BL (Law).
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Business Law Practice,
• Must not be more than 33 yrs.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Must be computer literate with a strong work ethics and personal drive to succeed,
• Must be hardworking, willing to learn and with a high level of attention for details.
