Leicester City, Wilfried Ndidi has come out to express his disappointment after Leicester City ended the 2019-20 EPL season in the 5th spot.
He recently reacted to the slip from UCL position to UEL spot on the final day of the season.
According to him, the players are disappointed to end 5th, but it has been a good season in general.
He then hailed the fans for being with the team even when the stadiums were empty amid the coronavirus pandemic.
His words, “We are a bit disappointed to finish 5th. But overall. It was a great season.”
“I want to first of all thank our fans for being with us even when the stadiums were empty due to the pandemic, it was indeed a season to learn from and grow into next season thanks for support.”
