Manchester United and France midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has insisted the club are well and truly in the title race this season.

Speaking to the club’s official website, the former Southampton man voiced his confidence that the side will recover from their current dip in form.

“Of course we are in the title race. It’s still early as we head into November so there are a lot of games to be played but we are there,” the 26-year-old said.

Schneiderlin joined the club from Southampton in the summer and has featured in 10 of the club’s 11 Premier League outings so far this season.
